The Process

I did some 4-4-4-4 breaking or box breathing to ground. Talked to the Decks told them they were working together.

Rotated who goes 1st counterclockwise from the last pull

I shuffled the deck telling it that it would be working with the other two.

Pulled from each Deck in counterclockwise fashion

The Take Away

The Underworld is the powerhouse here it is the place, the Realm of the Shadow. It is the Threshold we all must pass through and survive in order to reach our next levels. 7 of wands accurate depicts my position on going through the Underworld. Lead is the big Heavy that drops me to me knees. I cannot keep fighting this off. I need to sit and let myself go through it. These cards feel like a nod to what’s coming in class after submitting my Stages Matrix and class is coming up in two days, I can feel myself bracing, anticipating the intensity of what is to come.

The Action

When I feel myself fighting off “bad” or “icky” feelings I am going to let myself feel heavy and slow, let the feelings do the movement.
